Welcome to RolandBD (rolandbd.com). By accessing our store and placing an order, you accept these terms of service.
1. General information RolandBD is an online store established in Belgium. For any questions, contact us via rolandbd.com.
2. Products We strive to present our products accurately (descriptions, photos, prices). However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and modify our catalog at any time without notice.
3. Orders By placing an order, you declare that you are of legal age and provide accurate information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or obvious pricing error.
4. Prices and payment All prices are indicated in euros (EUR), including all taxes (applicable Belgian VAT). Payment is required at the time of order. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout.
5. Delivery Delivery times and costs are indicated on our shipping policy page. RolandBD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
6. Right of withdrawal In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision. To do so, contact us via rolandbd.com. Return costs are your responsibility unless otherwise indicated.
7. Refunds Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days via the original payment method. Returned products must be in their original condition.
8. Legal warranty In accordance with Belgian and European law, all our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity of 2 years from the date of delivery.
9. Liability RolandBD cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or our website. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
10. Intellectual property All content of our store (texts, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
11. Applicable law These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of Belgium. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Changes We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on our website at the time of your order.
