Refund policy
We apply a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged or unaltered, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and instructions. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous products, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and display of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

At RolandBD (rolandbd.com), your satisfaction is our priority. Here are the conditions under which you can return an item and obtain a refund.
1. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
2. Return Conditions To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days
3. Return Procedure To initiate a return:
- Contact us via rolandbd.com indicating your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with shipping instructions
- Send the item back to the provided address
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days via the payment method used at the time of order. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is made.
5. Non-Refundable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Unsealed products for hygiene reasons
- Downloaded digital products
6. Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately via rolandbd.com with a photo of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
7. Legal Warranty Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity of 2 years in accordance with Belgian and European law.
