1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Areas We currently deliver to:
- In Belgium
- In European Union countries
- In other countries depending on availability (contact us for confirmation)
3. Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are as follows (excluding processing time):
- Belgium: 2 to 4 business days
- European Union: 4 to 10 business days
- Outside the EU: 7 to 21 business days
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
4. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. They are clearly indicated to you at checkout before confirming your order.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.
6. Delivery Delays and Issues RolandBD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or exceptional events (weather, strikes, etc.). In case of significant delay or lost package, contact us via rolandbd.com and we will take the necessary steps to resolve the situation.
7. Incomplete or Damaged Delivery If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours upon receipt with supporting photos. We will address the issue promptly.
8. Delivery Address Please ensure that the delivery address provided when placing your order is correct. RolandBD cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
